Fosse's history

From another rescuer:

I know that this dog was left tied to the shelters tree at night, and left for the shelter to find.........that's her history. She was obviously abused, probably hit and yelled at a lot. Probably tied to a tree outside.

Her name was Flo but was changed to Fosse - much cuter...
